The hotel was spacious with a perfect location not far from most facilities, sea. Stayed in neat room, towels were lovely and that's a huge plus. I was offered an efficient breakfast at a very reasonable price.

Great value compared to other properties, and spotless. Courteous staff, comfortable beds and varied breakfast. Breathtaking units with a delightful view over cathedral.
Facilities were clean nice, nonetheless Wi-Fi was horrible.

The lobby was modern, I loved it. Staff seemed neat. The room was very specious, double superior on the wardrobe. So many fantastic options for breakfast, such as fresh fruit and bangers.

All good - we greatly enjoyed our stay - food was reasonably priced and responsive staff. Modest restaurant and lounge bar available. It was a lovely stay, you could leave a car nearby. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was very useful.

Unique hotel, great value for money, what else to wish for. Quick check-in, exceptionally comfortable beds and generally exceptional service. We loved the size of the room - immaculate, plus it was impeccable.
The staff - some of them were not that friendly.

Really enjoyed people and location. I slept so comfy in the very spacious bed. Only 10 minutes walk from Scarborough centre. Very nice area. Wonderful restaurant and pool bar on-site. The pool was clean and the views were relaxing.
The bathroom was old.

honestly nothing too much trouble. the room is reasonably priced. moreover, there is a parking nearby. for evening drinks visit the cask inn, it is located within 10 minutes by foot.

If you wish to visit scarborough castle, this place is perfect. Loyal staff onsite. For dinner we chose Morrisons Cafe, that was 400 metres from the hotel.
